Walk All Over Boston

by MIT Senseable Cities Lab

Measuring walkability of different neighborhoods through different personal devices

This project aims to investigate the walkability of Boston neighborhoods from a street perspective. We know that there are certain measures like walk scores or neighborhood ratings out there, but we are aiming to look at this question from a personal and physical level.

We would love your fitbit, nikefuel, runner keeper data! Anything that you use to measure where you are and, simultaneously, your health/exercise/general happiness stats.

Data will be stored offline and only used as proof-of-concept case. This means we won't use it in any final product we create!

We will be created a freely accessible online visualization!
